Meet the Woman behind Hana Partners
Prattima Dhanraj
Prattima is the Managing Partner of Hana Partners, a boutique firm providing HR advisory and talent solutions to small and mid-size organizations looking to engage new talent, needing fractional HR support, or building an internal HR organization to manage external costs. Prattima has spent her career working alongside leadership teams to build their departments, implementing performance reviews, streamlining compensation, creating career paths and succession plans, and integrating HRIS systems to increase efficiency and transparency within the organization. She has introduced competitive benefit offerings and created engagement opportunities for teams she's supported. Through her leadership, companies have witnessed an increase in their employee retention, decreased voluntary turnover, and consistent headcount growth. She has deep expertise in all areas of the employee lifecycle, including hiring, employee relations, development, engagement, diversity and inclusion, and separation.
Before founding Hana Partners, Prattima worked alongside senior executives in Fortune 500 companies such as News Corp, Dow Jones, and Tapestry (formerly Coach), to build high performing teams in Technology, Design, Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, and Operations. Most recently, she led the Human Resources department at small and mid-size firms, Erno Laszlo and Health Central.
Prattima graduated from Seton Hall University with her Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics.
